A Family Business, Built on a Trucker's Legacy
FFB Dispatch was born from three letters that mean everything to us: Fabio Ferreira Bicalho our late father, a truck driver for 25 years, who left us far too early. He spent his life on the road taking care of his family. Today, his initials are on our door, and his work ethic is in everything we do.
We are a family-owned and family-run dispatch company based in Naples, Florida, with years of experience in the trucking industry. When you work with FFB Dispatch, you’re not a number in a call center you’re working directly with our family, and we treat your business the way our father taught us to treat everything: with seriousness, honesty, and hard work.

Dispatcher & Company Supervisor
Jason leads our dispatch operation and oversees the day-to-day of the company, making sure every driver stays loaded and every rate is negotiated hard.

Secretary & Invoice Manager
Suellen keeps the office running and manages invoicing, making sure your paperwork is clean and your payments move without delays.
James
Administration
James, Suellen’s husband, runs the administrative side of the business — keeping the operation organized so the dispatch team can focus on your loads.

Dispatch Team
The next generation of the family, Gabriel works alongside Jason booking and managing loads for our drivers.
